| Big Red Hat Productions, LLC was founded in 2008 by Clark and Lora Gray. The company produces globally informative entertainment for the Internet, television and educational distribution. |

| Our children's series, The Traveling Trio, was awarded a 2012 Emmy® Award by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and has received several other awards and accolades including a 2011 Parents’ Choice Award. The Traveling Trio is in international distribution. |

| We are currently developing several concepts for television series for a number of demographics and are forming strategic relationships with investors and co-production companies to make our productions available around the world. |

With this power comes an overwhelming responsibility for all producers to create content that is not only engaging but which approaches every single topic in a sensitive and thoughtful way.
